Ok ZSA 6170 from NC you get the “special” award of the day. Apparently if you are from NC you can park wherever you like. When I asked the driver why did he parked there he just got into his car. This was at my favorite dairy store in Norwalk CT at 4:45 pm on May 22, 2016.
